Human Cognition and Skills Measurement

We design and construct frameworks and validation approaches for organisations building AI products. Starting from the psychological theory, defining what the construct is, how it relates to adjacent constructs, what observable behaviours it predicts, and what sources of measurement error need to be controlled for. Where needed, we also run the studies required to collect, analyse, visualise, and report findings.

We help organisations design, evaluate, and improve AI tools that measure human skills and cognition. Working directly with product teams, we ground UX decisions in psychological and cognitive science, making sure the underlying measurement is valid and defensible.
