Contact form: When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and message.

Newsletter subscription: When you subscribe, we collect your email address.

Website analytics: We may collect anonymised data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, device type) through Framer's built-in analytics. This does not identify you personally.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

Contact form submissions: Processed on the basis of legitimate interest — you have contacted us and we have a legitimate interest in responding. We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and any directly related follow-up.

Newsletter subscriptions: Processed on the basis of consent. You have actively opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing andreea@syncoglabs.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Analytics: Processed on the basis of legitimate interest, to understand how our site is used and improve it.

How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions: up to 12 months from submission, or until correspondence concludes, whichever is sooner. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data: anonymised and aggregated, retained per Framer's data retention policies.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We use Framer (framer.com) for website hosting and form delivery. Contact form submissions are routed to us via Framer's infrastructure. Their privacy policy is at framer.com/privacy. We will not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
